My mom used to make me these little quick mini pizzas which were english muffins with jarred tomato sauce, fake sausage and mozzarella cheese she would microwave for a minute as an after school snack. One time mom was out of town or something and I asked dad to make one for me and he used ketchup and cheddar cheese on a piece of bread and it was not the same.

When Dad cooked he always made crepes. So whenever I think about him, I make crepes in his honor.
